To enter the atmosphere of a dairy is to understand a culture. The culture of a craft made of passion, sacrifice and dedication. The culture of excellence and sustainability. The culture of an entire country. Switzerland. For the Swiss cheese consortium, Occhibianchi went on tour to follow the days of some of the best Swiss cheese makers from dawn to dusk, from milking to the finished product, to recount the specialities of some of the world's most famous cheeses through interviews, photos and videos. Nature and fauna. Towns and mountains.

Starting from the Emmental region, where the milk to make the cheese and every step of the process happen in the same area and then the result is a cheese famous everywhere, the Emmentaler!
